We are hosting an estate auction of an avid tool collector in Chester, VA - He took pride in his tools so much that he refused to keep the garage doors open long enough to get his tools dirty. His tools were well taken care of.

Auction Terms & Conditions All items must be paid for prior to pick up. This includes items to be shipped. Any unpaid items will not be held for shipping. The highest bidder will still be responsible for payment for all items. Items not paid for or collected by the noted pickup date will be deemed abandoned and forfeited. The credit card on file will be charged and no refund will be issued. All items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS”, in its condition at the time of sale without any warranties or guarantees. Any item not picked up or shipped coordinated by the end of auction pickp will be deemed Abandoned and Forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
Buyers are to bring their own labor for pick up. Auction staff will not assist with moving items. Please bring any tools required to remove any item.
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the conclusion of the auction. You can pay your invoice by going to our website www.AuctionsofVA.com and hit the "PAY AUCTION INVOICE HERE" button. NO CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS AUCTION Please bring a copy of your paid in full receipt to pickup. If you would like to pay via Venmo, please advise us before the auction ends. Shipping arrangements MUST be finalized prior to auction pick up. If you plan on using one of our shippers, please contact them prior to pick up. SHIPPING MAY TAKE UP TO 2-3 WEEKS AFTER CLOSE OF AUCTION. Shipping is at the buyer's expense.
